Edwin Gould Residence

Sponsored by the Edwin Gould Academy, the Edwin Gould Residence is supportive housing in East Harlem for young adults aging out of the NYC foster care system.  This 5-story, ground-up 40,000 square foot new building contains 52 residential units, specifically designed for this special needs population, including counseling and administrative offices, a multi-purpose room, medical office, and a landscaped exterior courtyard.  Funded by HHAC, a state program, the project was completed in Fall 2006.
