H&M FLAGSHIP Store NEW YORK

H&M  FLAGSHIP Store consisted of a complex and challenging conversion of 60,000 sf of office space into a flagship H&M store. There was a huge number of structural, regulatory, zoning, fire and code hurdles that needed to be addressed as the antiquated office building was remade into a soaring retail space with a four-story atrium and five stories of new custom, glass curtain wall
